總結:圓滿完成2015年JR設計集團制定的工作計劃。特別是在:養生養老、文旅規劃、産業園設計方面取得了突破性進展,超過了2015年制定的各項指標,率先進入2015年世界十大綜合設計公司行列,保持前七的排名,主業突出,明顯。景觀方面達到預期,也培養了一批高水平的隊伍!
但是,由于中國的經濟增速下降,特別是酒店建設方面投資下降明顯,所以,酒店板塊增長不明顯,基本保持2015年水准;國外業務增長受大環境影響,和2015年持平。
2016年工作安排計劃如下:
(1)力爭在保持主業突出的基礎上,多渠道發展, 把中港恒基,易到景觀推上上市挂牌平台。
(2)加大力度建立“互聯網+設計師”和“教育培訓”基地。
(3)引入資本市場規則,擴大國內外市場占有率。
(4)夯實“養生養老設計所”,“文旅規劃設計所”,“酒店設計所”,“景觀設計所”和“商業設計所”等幾大所的産、學、研工作,力爭在五年內推入資本市場。

經集團公司董事會批准,2015年JR設計集團工作概述如下,予以公告。

總結:2014年基本完成了年初制定的各項指標,特別是在大項目及著名品牌項目上做的十分到位!也取得了一定的社會和經濟效益,同時,有的項目走上了中央電視台<新聞聯播>節目播出,這在設計行業中具有前所未有的劃時代意義。此外,酒店設計方面也樹立了自己的項目國際品牌,形成了廣泛的良好影響。2014年相繼設計完成並已開業的五星級品牌及精品主題酒店10家。完成的1000畝以上規劃,建築項目11項,5000畝以上規劃建築8項,承當國家級項目4項,均取得良好的口碑及示範性,景觀設計也取得長足發展,。人才方面初步形成了梯級發展。規劃,建築,酒店設計依舊保持世界先進水平。

但是,2014年也存在很多不完善,不完美的地方,希望能在2015年予以克服。

規劃:2015年工作概述:

(1)加大力度在養生養老,抗衰老及旅遊文化産業,小城鎮,舊改方面等建築,規劃設計更進一步。設計出更多的示範性産業園並成立養生養老學術研究機構,把中外最先進,最成熟的理念帶入中國。

(2)形成一些比較成熟,系統的有特色的設計産品,特別是國家十二五計劃中提到的産品。

(3)仍然保持設計水平在世界的領先地位,加強現有的國際品牌的設計含金量,創造一套自己的設計模式,引導設計行業向前發展。

(4)在適合時間,完成在中國布局及專業院校或培訓機構,聯合希爾頓,洲際,喜達屋,悅榕莊,安曼等品牌合作辦學,培養新型人才。

(5)酒店設計增加向精品,國際品牌和極少數受衆品牌及標杆酒店進入。

(6)加大內部人員優化,引進更先進的設計管理模式。

 (7)創造設計行業新的經濟增長點。
